Cook for about 55 minutes or until wings reach an internal temperature of 180-185 degrees (times may vary depending on your oven/grill, so start checking the temperature regularly after 30 minutes). While the wings are cooking, mix together the buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing and set aside. When the wings are ready, remove from heat and place in an oven safe casserole dish. Toss thoroughly with the “Z-sauce” and put back on the smoker or under the broiler for 5-10 minutes or until the glaze begins to set.
