One Minute Pizza Sauce

  • Blender/Ninja/Bullet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 28oz can San Marzano tomatoes (or whole peeled tomatoes)
  • 1 tsp each, salt and garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp each, dried oregano and ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on low until tomatoes are completely broken down.
    Use immediately on homemade pizza OR store in fridge for up to 5 days.
    Freeze for up to 1 month.
