One Minute Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 28oz can San Marzano tomatoes (or whole peeled tomatoes)
  • 1 tsp each, salt and garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp each, dried oregano and ground black pepper

Equipment

  • Blender/Ninja/Bullet

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on low until tomatoes are completely broken down.
    Use immediately on homemade pizza OR store in fridge for up to 5 days.
    Freeze for up to 1 month.
